Here you’ll find the answers to the most frequently asked questions about our promotional bags.

Advice & Support

We’d be happy to advise you in person! Please use the contact page. There you’ll find several options: the contact form, direct contact via email, or a phone call.

For quick queries, you can also use the live chat feature in the shop. This allows you to clarify any questions quickly and easily.

All relevant information can be found directly on the relevant product page in the bottom-right-hand corner. The following details are provided there: 

  • Product details: dimensions, material composition, special features, packaging units, etc. 
  • Product description: a brief summary of the item 
  • Dimensions: measurements with diagrams and a volume overview 
  • Downloads: finishing surfaces, product data sheets and catalogues (main catalogue and new products catalogue) available for download

  1. Enter the item name or item number into the search bar. Check that you’ve spelled it correctly and that there are no transposed numbers.
  2. Alternatively, browse through the product categories, for example, backpacks > laptop backpacks. This narrows down the selection, making it easier to find the right items.
  3. If the search yields no results, the item is no longer available in our range.

We offer a 3-year warranty on our products from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair your bag or provide a replacement free of charge.

After this period, our “Repair Service” is available for defective bags. You can use the contact form to arrange this: via the form, by email or by telephone.

Products & Availability

The current availability is displayed directly on the product page.

Steps:

  1.  Go to the product page in the shop 
  2. Select the desired colour 
The status appears below the product preview:

  • Green dot: “Available now: xxx items” 
  • Red dot: “Currently out of stock” or “Delivery in week xxx” 
If your requirement exceeds the displayed stock level, it is advisable to make a direct enquiry. You can contact us via the contact page using the form, by email or by telephone. 

Further notes on the display: 

  • Currently out of stock: A new stock arrival is possible, but not necessarily planned. It is also possible that the colour may be discontinued. For more accurate and prompt information, please use the live chat. 
  • Delivery in calendar week xxx: Currently out of stock. A new stock arrival is scheduled for the specified calendar week.

Logo printing is available. This service is available for orders of 50 items or more and applies to all items in the range.

There are various finishing options to choose from: screen printing, transfer printing, embroidery, digital printing, metal badges, doming, as well as HALFAR FAST LANE®, woven labels and rubber badges

The finishing options available for a specific item are shown on the relevant product page. The overview can be found on the right-hand side under ‘Finishing options’, with the note ‘Available for orders of 50 items or more’.

Not every logo is suitable for every finishing technique. Therefore, even customised enquiries are subsequently checked for technical feasibility.

An overview of the various finishing options is available in the ‘Finishing Techniques’ section of the shop. All processes are described there and illustrated with example images. This allows you to understand the differences in appearance, feel and area of application.

Screen printing, transfer printing and embroidery can be configured directly in the shop. For all other finishing techniques, you can make an enquiry via the contact page: using the form, by email or by telephone.

A customised offer: can be generated directly in the shop. To do this, select the desired item and choose ‘Design and calculate now’. Then specify the quantity, colour and finish, and download the quote as a PDF.

Pricing depends on the chosen process and the design:

  • Screen printing: The size of the logo is not a determining factor. The number of colours is what matters. 
  • Transfer printing and embroidery: The size of the design affects the price (S, M, L, XL). 
  • Volume pricing: As the order quantity increases, the unit price for bags and finishes decreases. The price scales can be viewed at the top of the product page under “Volume pricing”. 


For the design: the logo file is uploaded via drag-and-drop (JPG, PNG or TIF). The design can then be edited and positioned on the bag. The visualisation can be exported via “Design (PDF)”. 

A design-inclusive offer: this is generated when configuration and design are combined and then downloaded as a PDF.

Retailers & Partners

We are happy to recommend a suitable sales partner in your region.

The relevant information can be found in the footer under ‘Affiliate Programmes’ in the ‘Become a Merchant’ sub-category.

A form is available there. Once you have completed it and it has been reviewed by Halfar, you will receive a personalised response.

Account, Registration & Newsletter

  1. Click on the icon next to the search bar in the top right-hand corner 
  2. Select ‘Register’ 
  3. Depending on your needs, select ‘Become a retailer’ and ‘Sign up now’ or ‘Business customer’ and ‘Register now’, then complete the form

A customer account is intended for businesses. 

The following details are required for registration:

  • Company name 
  • VAT number 
  • First name 
  • Surname 
  • Email address 
  • Street and house number 
  • Town 
  • Country

Subscribe:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page (footer) 
  2. In the ‘Service & Contact’ section, select ‘Newsletter’ 
  3. Enter your email address and select the relevant topics (advertising bags, technical bags or both) 
  4. You will then receive a confirmation email. Once confirmed, your subscription is complete 
  5. A welcome newsletter will then be sent. Future information on new products and topics will be provided regularly by email.

Unsubscribe:

  1. Open a newsletter email
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the email
  3. Select the unsubscribe link in the relevant notice (“unsubscribe here for free”)

Shipping & Delivery

For deliveries within Germany, the shipping cost is €6.30 per package

The package size for each item is shown on the relevant product page. The ‘Product Details’ section specifies how many bags are packed per box.

Orders

Once the order has been placed, the sales department will send an order confirmation. This will also include the scheduled delivery date.

As soon as the goods are dispatched, an automatic dispatch confirmation will be sent. This will include a tracking number so you can track your delivery.

You can track your order using a tracking number. This is automatically sent to you by email once the goods have been dispatched.

If you do not have a tracking number, the relevant contact person can assist you.

Samples without finishing can be ordered at any time via your customer account in the shop.

Unfortunately not; orders are only available to business customers.

Returns are possible provided the goods are in perfect condition, and are at your own expense.

Once the goods have been received and inspected, the corresponding amount will be credited.

Payment

For first-time orders, payment must be made in advance. Production and dispatch will take place once payment has been received.

For repeat orders, delivery on account is possible, subject to creditworthiness.

The invoice will be sent automatically by email once the goods have been dispatched. 

For payment in advance, the bank transfer is made on the basis of the order confirmation. The official invoice is issued once the goods have been dispatched.
