Area of responsibility

Identifying new trends and technologies in the e-commerce sector to further develop the online shop
Contributing to and further developing e-commerce strategies to increase turnover and customer loyalty
Monitoring the online shop’s KPIs through data analysis and identifying optimisation measures
Budget planning and control for e-commerce activities
Communicating with internal departments and external agencies/service providers

Requirements

Preferably a degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics, or a successfully completed apprenticeship in e-commerce
Several years’ professional experience in e-commerce, ideally in the B2B sector
In-depth knowledge of shop, ERP and PIM systems, preferably Shopware •Proficiency in using common web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
